Refund and Return Policy

The Mission Wishlist is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or there is a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.  

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund using a label that we provide, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
