Return Policy
The Mission Wishlist is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or there is a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.  

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund using a label that we provide, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Domestic Shipping: Orders within the United States typically take 5-7 business days to arrive after processing.
  • International Shipping: Shipping outside of the U.S. can take 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
  • Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination.
  • We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping, to fit your needs.

Orders of more that six of the same item will receive a 20% discount on all the items.

Can you customize your product for my missionary?

Absolutely. Send us a message with the product name and the link to it on our website, then tell us what you like to have it modified/customized.

Does it cost extra to get a customization?

If it is a generic modification to our product that doesn't include a name or date, there is no charge. However, if your request includes personalized information (names and dates), there will be a markup included in our response to your request.

Do you accept returns?

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

How quickly can you ship to me?

After the product is made, you can expect to receive it in 2-5 business days.

Can you ship internationally?

Right now, we cannot. But we are looking into our options and planning on being capable of shipping anywhere in the world soon.

Right now, our recommendation is to ship the product to you, then send it to your missionary via a courier service catering to missionaries.
