However, in case of a damaged product or there is a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund using a label that we provide, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

DESCRIPTION:
The same buckle as our best-selling Professional 2 belts except we've upgraded the plating technology to PVD (physical vapor deposit) which improves the longevity of the buckle. The brushed silver finish has a slightly less mirror finish than our Professional 2 Polished Chrome Belt. The difference is small but this belt is made for those who want a bit more subtlety to their buckle.
This belt is also part of our 5.0 line where each belt is between 4.8 mm and 5.2 mm thick. That's anywhere between 10% and 25% thicker than our previous belts. This thickness gives the belts what we think is the perfect heft without being overbearing. We're confident you'll like the way it feels.

Can you customize this product for my missionary?
Absolutely. Send us a message with the product name and the link to it on our website, then tell us what you like to have it modified/customized.
Does it cost extra to get a customization?
If it is a generic modification to our product that doesn't include a name or date, there is no charge. However, if your request includes personalized information (names and dates), there will be a markup included in our response to your request. Just send us a message to find out.
Do you accept returns?
The Mission Wishlist is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

Depends on where you need it to go!
Our recommendation is to ship the product to yourself, then send it to your missionary via a courier service catering to missionaries. This is the least expensive way to ship overseas.
