However, in case of a damaged product or there is a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund using a label that we provide, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How to use a TSA lock for messenger bag?
TSA locks are high quality padlocks that are very easy to use. You just need to know how to unlock and lock your padlock, but also to be able to change the code. Note that the default code when you receive your lock is 000.
- To unlock your TSA lock, you just have to turn the three wheels to let appear your 3 digits code in front of the arrow by pressing the button to open the lock.
- To lock your TSA lock, make sure the code is still the right one and then close the lock by pressing the same button and then release it. Don't forget to mix the code afterwards.
- To change the code of your TSA lock, the first step is to line up your current code then use a sharp tool to hold down the button under the lock, you will hear a click. Change the first number and release to hear a new click. And repeat the operation to change each of the desired numbers. Once you have changed all the digits of your TSA lock, you are ready to use it with your new code on your messenger bag.

Absolutely. Send us a message with the product name and the link to it on our website, then tell us what you like to have it modified/customized.
Does it cost extra to get a customization?
If it is a generic modification to our product that doesn't include a name or date, there is no charge. However, if your request includes personalized information (names and dates), there will be a markup included in our response to your request. Just send us a message to find out.
Do you accept returns?
The Mission Wishlist is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
